Subject: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

A. POLICY

The organizational structure of the Department of Pharmacy will be determined by the Director of Pharmacy in consultation with Assistant Directors, Pharmacy Supervisor, clinical specialists, and the staff. The organizational structure will receive final approval from the individual in hospital administration with administrative authority over the Department of Pharmacy. A copy of the current department organizational structure will be maintained by the Pharmacy Director.
