Application Process

Application Requirements

Applicants must possess a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college. The applicant must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas.

Applicants must submit the following documents via PhORCAS by January 5:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Official transcript from pharmacy school

UAMS Medical Center participates in the ASHP Match. Completed applications should be uploaded to PhorCAS by January 5. A personal interview is highly recommended of all applicants. UAMS Medical Center is a drug free work environment, and employees are required to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
