The COBRE Center for Studies of Host Response to Cancer Therapy receives guidance from an Internal Advisory Committee that consists of highly successful investigators and UAMS administrators from different Colleges and Institutes at UAMS. The Internal Advisory Committee assists the Center in overcoming administrative hurdles, locating helpful facilities and resources on campus, among others. The External Advisory Committee consists of four members who are not otherwise associated with UAMS and have a research or clinical expertise in host response to cancer therapy and/or in the administration of COBRE Centers. The main role of the External Advisory Committee is to assist the Center in determining scientific progress.
