Application Requirements
Applicants must possess a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college and have completed a PGY1 residency (preference shown to PGY1 in a Pediatric Hospital). The applicant must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas and a member of ASHP.
The Arkansas Children’s / UAMS College of Pharmacy Fellowship due to its uniqueness, does not fall under the ASHP Match process. Application material include:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three (3) letters of recommendation including from PGY1 Residency Director
- Official transcript from pharmacy school
