Application Process for Arkansas Children’s Hospital Pharmacy Residency

Application Requirements

Applicants must possess a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college. The applicant must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas and a member of ASHP.

Applicants must submit the following documents via PhORCAS by Jan. 3:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Official transcript from pharmacy school

Arkansas Children’s Hospital PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program participates in the ASHP Match. Completed applications should be uploaded to PhORCAS and received by Jan. 5. Arkansas Children’s Hospital and UAMS College of Pharmacy are a drug free work environment, and employees are required to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
