Applicants must possess a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college. The applicant must have completed or in process of completing an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (or residency in candidate status). The Applicant must be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas and a member of ASHP.
Applicants must submit the following documents via PhORCAS by Jan. 4:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three (3) letters of recommendation, including one (1) from PGY1 Residency Director
- Official transcript from pharmacy school

The PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacy Residency Program through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy provides the resident with diverse learning opportunities in the field of geriatric pharmacotherapy and academia.
