Geriatric Pharmacy Residents

Current Resident

Tyler Walsh

Tyler Walsh was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas. He obtained his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 Community Pharmacy Practice Residency at UAMS and Harps Food Stores. Dr. Walsh’s professional interests include geriatrics and academia. After completion of his postgraduate training, Dr. Walsh hopes to become a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and tend to the many complex needs of the geriatric community as a geriatric clinical pharmacist. In addition, Dr. Walsh aspires to precept pharmacy students and residents, and teach as an adjunct clinical faculty member at a university. In his spare time, Dr. Walsh enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, their dog, Rosie, and cat, Leo. He also enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and going to the movies.
