Jasmine (Sea Yean) An
Jasmine (Sea Yean) An was born in South Korea and raised in Southern California. She obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency training at Baystate Medical Center located in Springfield, Massachusetts where she developed her interest in geriatrics. Dr. An’s professional interests include geriatrics, internal medicine, and end-of-life care. After completion of her postgraduate training, Dr. An hopes to become a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and practice in acute care setting as geriatric clinical pharmacist with the geriatrics team. In addition, Dr. An aspires to precept pharmacy students and residents, and teach as an adjunct clinical faculty member at a university. In her spare time, Dr. An enjoys playing video games, putting together puzzles, and finding recipes for meal prep.
