What is Pharmacy Camp?
The UAMS College of Pharmacy Summer Camp is designed for rising seniors and recently graduated high school students interested in learning more about a career in the pharmacy profession. This unique camp incorporates active participation in a broad scope of learning experiences including hands on training in pharmacy practice skills, lectures by Arkansas pharmacist practitioners, labs conducted by UAMS College of Pharmacy faculty, interactive activities with current College of Pharmacy students and field trips to local pharmacy practice locations.

Monday, June 6th – Friday, June 10th
Location: UAMS College of Pharmacy and UAMS Student Residential Housing
Cost: $400 per camper
Includes: Housing, Meals, Camp Instruction Materials, Laboratory Exercise Supplies and Field Trip Expenses
Registration available Jan. 3rd through May 2nd
Camp Faculty & Counselors:
Eddie Dunn, PharmD & Melanie Reinhardt, PharmD, Department of Pharmacy Practice and other College of Pharmacy faculty members, pharmacist practitioners, and current UAMS College of Pharmacy students and staff representing a broad range of career experience in the pharmacy profession.
