Pharmacy Dean Named Fellow of American Council on Education

LITTLE ROCK – Stephanie F. Gardner, Pharm.D., Ed.D., dean of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy, has been named an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow for academic year 2012-13.

The prestigious ACE Fellows Program, established in 1965, is designed to strengthen institutions and leadership in American higher education by identifying and preparing promising senior faculty and administrators for responsible positions in college and university administration.

UAMS College of Pharmacy Dean’s Award Goes to UT Professor

LITTLE ROCK – The Dean’s Award for Lifetime Achievement from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy was given to J. Aubrey Waddell, Pharm.D., professor of clinical pharmacy at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy.

The award for long and consistent achievement in the profession of pharmacy was presented during the Senior Honors Convocation on May 18.
