2026 Pharmacy Summer Camp

The UAMS College of Pharmacy Summer Camp is designed for high school juniors and seniors who are interested in learning more about opportunities in the pharmacy profession.

2026 Camp Recap

Thank you for joining us!

The camp incorporates a broad scope of learning experiences including: hands-on training in pharmacy practice skills, lectures by College of Pharmacy faculty and local pharmacist practitioners, student led labs and various activities and games with College of Pharmacy Student Ambassadors.

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the students, faculty, pharmacists, and student ambassadors who helped make the 2026 Pharmacy Summer Camp a success. It was inspiring to see the curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for the future of pharmacy throughout the week. Thank you to everyone who shared their time, knowledge, and energy to create a meaningful experience for the next generation of healthcare leaders.

What to Expect

Throughout the three-day camp, students will have the opportunity to learn from guest speakers, take a tour of the Little Rock campus, get pharmacy-related lab experience and so much more! Fee covers lab materials, activity supplies, meals and a camp t-shirt.

Building Confidence Through Skill

“Yesterday I had a lot of nerves because I didn’t know what I was doing, but I feel a lot better now. It was fun seeing everybody come together to make one item and really process stuff. Everybody’s just so focused. It’s so cool!”
–Aria Bursey, 15, a rising junior at Bryant High School
