Ms. Mosley recently added the College of Pharmacy to her resume. She has joined the Implementation Science team in Pharmacy Practice led by Geoff Curran, Ph.D.. She and Dr. Curran have been colleagues in the Psychiatric Research Institute and Department of Psychiatry for 17 years.
Ms. Mosley received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has worked with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences since 1980. In 1987, she joined the Department of Psychiatry and worked with Dr. G. Richard Smith, past Psychiatry Chair and past College of Medicine Dean, until 2004. After leaving the workforce for 5 years, Ms. Mosley returned to work as the Administrator with the Department of Psychiatry’s Brain Imaging Research Center and the Division of Health Services Research in 2009. Ms. Mosley has worked in Information Technology, Administration and Research. Over the years, Ms. Mosley has been involved in all aspects of the extramural funding process. She has participated in the preparation and submission of grant applications; management of projects; development of databases and analysis of data; preparation of manuscripts and every other phase of research. Ms. Mosley has been involved in many start-ups over the years. While working with Dr. Smith, she was part of the original NIMH Center for Mental Healthcare Research team, as well as the VA Center for Mental Health Outcomes Research startup team. Also under the direction of Dr. Smith, Ms. Mosley assisted with the development of the Center for Outcomes Research and Effectiveness, now known as the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI).
