Application Process for Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency

Application Requirements

Applicants must have obtained a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)-accredited college or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the NABP. Candidates must have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program or be in the process of completion. Applicants in a program with ASHP-candidate status may also be considered. Candidates must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas.

Applicants must submit the following documents to PhORCAS by Jan. 5:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Official pharmacy school transcript
