Applicants must possess a degree in pharmacy from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college. Applicant must be currently completing a PGY1 accredited or pending accreditation status pharmacy residency program or must have previously completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program. The applicant must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas and a member of ASHP. An onsite interview will be required for all applicants.
Applicants must submit the following documents to PhORCAS by Jan. 5:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Official pharmacy school transcript
