Driven medicinal chemist with over 12 years’ experience using advanced strategies in drug discovery research.
Drug addiction research: Involved in design and synthesis of several lobelane derivatives in small scale to large scale for treatment of drug abuse, which focused on the development of new treatments for methamphetamine addiction.
Cancer research: Designed and synthesized huge number of natural product (parthenolide & melampomagonolide B) derivatives for anti-cancer therapy and the potent novel anti-cancer active compounds were modified (synthetic and formulations) for drug likeness such as water solubility, bioavailability, and in vivo half-life.
